Nikki Esplin
Occupational Therapist & Program Facilitator
“I love finding creative, practical ways to help young people discover what they’re capable of.”
Since graduating in 2013, Nikki has worked in child and youth mental health, supporting individuals and facilitating groups, as well as guiding parents and caregivers working with vulnerable children. She has a special interest in working with neurodivergent youth, appreciating their authenticity, fun, and energy.
At MCT, Nikki blends creativity with evidence-based strategies, designing sessions that are engaging, safe, and growth-focused. She loves the strong connections she builds with families and the collaborative spirit of the team. Outside work, Nikki can be found trying new art techniques, enjoying brunch with friends, spending time with her pets, or volunteering for a local charity.
