Because our team is made up of rare, exceptional people — and we’re looking for someone just as special to join our stable. If you’re passionate about working in a neuroaffirming practice, supporting neurodivergent young people, and want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
What We Can Offer You
We’re a professional multi-disciplinary team who work from a shared expert model — meaning you’ll never feel like you’re working in a silo. Between us, we have decades of experience across therapy, health and specialist education, and we value learning as much as we value sharing knowledge.
Who We’re Looking For
An Occupational Therapist who’s:
- Hungry – always looking to grow, innovate, and find better ways to support our clients and families.
- Humble – grounded, collaborative, and willing to learn from one another (and from the young people we support).
- Smart - not just in skills and knowledge, but in emotional smarts: who listens, connects, and celebrates the small wins that make the biggest difference.
