Darcy Goodall
Provisional Psychologist & Program Facilitator
“I believe in meeting each person exactly where they are –
and walking alongside them at their own pace.”
Before becoming a psychologist, Darcy worked for over 20 years as an Inclusive Education Teacher, supporting neurodivergent young people, their families and support networks. His experience includes leadership roles, a decade as an Advisory Visiting Teacher for Autism, and facilitation work with Positive Partnerships. His practice is characterised by insight, warmth, and practical, real-world strategies.
Darcy now works as a Provisional Psychologist with MCT, supporting children, teens and young adults across a range of areas, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and social and emotional wellbeing.
Darcy takes a person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, and strengths-based approach to his work. His practice draws from evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Darcy values collaboration with caregivers and takes a holistic view, tailoring supports to the unique needs, goals, and context of each individual and their family.
Away from work, Darcy enjoys a round of golf, cheering on the Brisbane Broncos, and spending time with his family.
