Darcy brings over 20 years’ experience working as a Special Education Teacher with neurodivergent youth and their families, including leadership positions in Inclusive Education, a decade as an Advisory Visiting Teacher for Autism, and facilitation roles with Positive Partnerships. His work is marked by insight, warmth, and practical strategies.

Darcy now works as a Provisional Psychologist, supporting young people and adults with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, school and work stress, and overall social and emotional wellbeing.

Darcy takes a person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, and strengths-based approach to his work. His practice draws from evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Darcy values collaboration with caregivers and takes a holistic view, tailoring supports to the unique needs, goals, and context of each individual and their family.

Away from work, Darcy enjoys a round of golf, cheering on the Brisbane Broncos, and spending time with his family.
